Our company originally began as Five Points Partners (“FPP”), founded in 2003, with a singular focus: to build or acquire multi-unit national franchise networks. We started with one Subway restaurant in Walton, NY and grew to 18 Dunkin’ Donuts and ten Baskin-Robbins on Long Island and in Maryland over the ensuing years. In 2006, we acquired the exclusive rights to develop up to 30 Five Guys Burgers locations in Manhattan.
After extensive experience with and research in the franchise industry, we came to realize that the most important quality of any concept is the strength of its brand and the connection to its customers. This realization led us to expand our investment approach to include acquiring and developing concepts with high brand equity potential.
We formed Aurify Brands in 2010 to identify unmet market needs that can be filled with original concepts we develop, acquire existing companies with high, yet unrealized, brand potential, and to continue developing multi-unit franchise concepts with stand-out brand characteristics.
